To stop looking for another kind of mask, or a way of teeth grinding at night. I'm not chewing or swallowing plastic every night. Ideas?

I understand your concern, but as far as I know it's the only option. I do not think I've ever seen anything that says, swallow this kind of plastic is dangerous. I think this is better than last time and have swallowed whole teeth. If they were willing to spend much money, you could be a laboratory, could a metal plate that can bite out of plastic, are assigned to be placed on the rule for a night guard. I would say it would cost about $ 1,000 more.
